Relief should be based on household income
I think families with a combined income of $100,000 or less should get more property tax relief than those making over that amount.

4 comments for Idea: Reduce the % of my income that I pay to property taxes!!I cannot afford to live in my neighborhood anymore. 30% of my income is being paid to my property taxes. This percent must be reduced or people will continue to lose their homes and will choose to move out of New York State.
